※Detection limit value
It is a value that refers to the marginal amount which is below the level of detection limit of inspection equipment and varies according to characteristic of object materials for detection, which is generally defined 1/10 -1/20 of threshold value with indication.
“Under detection limit value”, “not detectable” and “N/D” mean that materials are not contained or below the limit of detector as marginal value.
